COACH DOUG CF-L2

Doug is Owner and Head Coach at CrossFit Eagle Alley.  He found his love for lifting weights in high school.  While going through strength and conditioning for wrestling at West Virginia University, he wondered why everyone didn’t train like athletes.  A few years later he became aware of CrossFit and the rest is history!

Coach Doug has a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Psychology.  He gets to train with his beautiful wife Laura and two children Holly and Oliver

Favorite Movement: Snatch

COACH SHANNON CF-L2

Shannon is a former Secret Service Agent and Officer.  She discovered CrossFit after years of bodybuilding and never turned back!  

 

Shannon has a big personality to go with those big muscles.  She is also a proud 55+ athlete!

Favorite Movement: Deadlift

COACH TIM CF-L1

Tim is a long time CrossFitter who first found it while getting lean and then proceeded to learn everyone technique he could.  He has a calm persona but once the clock counts down, he is full bore.

Favorite Movement: Snatch

COACH DAVID CF-L1

David has been with CFEA since the beginning when he was a teenager.  He has grown up doing CrossFit and you can tell by his coaching.  David has an uncanny ability to demonstrate movements particularly for gymnastic techniques

Favorite Movement: Muscle Up

COACH LAURA CF-L1

As a Collegiate Swimmer, Laura found herself excelling at the intensity of the sport.  After school, she spent time around the gym until she discovered CrossFit.  She was hooked particularly for the Olympic Lifting.  If you ever get a chance to see her move a bar, take it!

Laura is Coach Doug’s better half and mother of their children.
